In the Credit and Marketing Department of a Bank or financial institution, many credit officers are assigned the tasks of making an assessment and recommendation on various borrowing proposals from loan customers. Aside from qualitative assessment of the borrower's business, the credit officers need to conduct quantitative assessments using financial information made available by the borrowers, supplemented by their own research and information gathering.
This programme is a skills development programme for the credit officers of a Bank or financial institution assigned to business lending activities.
